(A2-17) Anthropology, Autonomy, and Individualism as Normative Bases of the Idea of the Constitutional State

As a continuation of project A5 The State as Worldly Absolute in modern practical philosophy, the liberal theories of the constitutional state in the Vormärz (Robert von Mohl in particular) will be analysed as to their philosophical-anthropological justification.
