The PTA KiJu offers various opportunities for cooperation. You can find out more about these on the following pages.

  • Jobs

Unfortunately there are no job advertisements at the moment.

  • Student internships

We are pleased to be able to offer compulsory internships for psychology students at the PTA KiJu of 150 - 240 hours. These can be completed either part-time or full-time during the lecture-free period or parallel to the semester. At the start of the internship, it is recommended that the course content of the 4th semester of the B.Sc. in Psychology has been successfully completed (you can enclose a (provisional) transcript of records with your application).

You can send your application (letter of motivation, CV) with information on the scope, possible time periods and desired form of implementation (part-time or full-time) of the internship to the following e-mail address: pta.kiju@uni-muenster.de, subject: Application for an internship.

  • Final theses

The member of the AE Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy for children and adolescents regularly offer theses on selected basic, diagnostic and psychotherapy research topics.

What types of final projects are possible?

We supervise BSc and MSc theses as part of our research projects. Our research projects take place in our clinical psychophysiological laboratory, online, and/or in the outpatient psychotherapy clinic for children and adolescents (PTA KiJu).

From now on, you will find topic announcements in the Institute of Psychology's dedicated Learnweb course:

Topics for bachelor's theses can be found here.

Topics for master's theses can be found here.

In addition, it is possible to arrange secondary care in cooperation with external institutions that collaborate with the AE Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy of Children and Adolescents.

    Current cooperation partners include:

    • Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics, and Psychotherapy (Prof. Dr. Georg Romer, Dr. Angela Rölver), UKM Münster
    • Schön Klinik Roseneck – Specialist Clinic for Psychosomatics
    • Ankerland Trauma Therapy Center
    • Institute for Biomagnetism and Biosignal Analysis (Prof. Dr. Markus Junghöfer)
    • Institute for Translational Psychiatry, UKM Münster (Prof. Dr. Udo Dannlowski, Dr. Susanne Meinert)

If you have already arranged initial care at an external facility and are now looking for secondary care, please contact the AE office (contact person: Tatjana Huke, email: thuke@uni-muenster.de).

What organizational aspects need to be considered?

    • An extended certificate of good conduct and proof of measles vaccination are required.
    • The research colloquium for the final thesis is led by Prof. Tanja Hechler and takes place on Tuesdays from 2 to 4 p.m. As a special highlight, in addition to the students' scientific presentations, there will be a session with young people during which the students will present their final theses and exchange ideas with them.

    How can I register?

If you are interested, please send your application with your resume and a cover letter by email to the contact person specified for the respective project.
