Research

My research focuses on the persistence of visual information in our memory, particularly how well we can segregate and integrate images. This project also examines the extent to which processes in our brain, such as oscillations or neural excitability, influence how segregation and integration work. To this end, I use EEG recordings and eye-tracking in combination with behavioral data.
