You can contact us through various channels. You often have the choice of contacting us during office hours, by email, by telephone or by post. Here, we simply recommend different methods for different procedures.
Please note: No appointment is necessary during our office hours. However, if you wish, you can make an appointment by email with your designated case worker (see below), even outside of office hours.

Please feel free to visit us during our consultation hours! We strongly recommend that you visit us during consultation hours (see opening hours) for the following procedures:
- In-depth consultation and discussion (please notify the relevant administrator (see below) by email in advance)
- Submission of final thesis
- Urgent collection of final documents or provisional final documents
- Only for Mag. Theol.: Registration for master's thesis
- Inspection of documents (please notify us in advance by email)

You can send an email to the relevant administrator (see below) for the following procedures:
- Submission of an application for recognition
- Checking your registrations and entries in QISPOS or SAP SLcM for completeness
- Requesting a duplicate copy of your certificate documents
- Reporting registration problems in the electronic registration system (QISPOS or SAP SLcM)
- Examination withdrawals
- Submission of forms
- Request for a certificate of average grades or a preliminary transcript of records
- Registration of your thesis (unless your degree programme is already managed via SAP SLcM)
- Submission of additional documents
via phone
The relevant administrator (see below) will be happy to answer your questions on the following topics:
- General enquiries
- Display of examination retakes
- Questions from academic advisors and other internal enquiries
Post or deadline letterbox
You must use the post or the deadline letterbox at the lock for the following procedures:
- Submission of final theses (if you do not bring them in person to PA I during opening hours)
- Submission of forms that you do not want to or cannot send by email
- Submission of certificates (if you do not want to send them by email, e.g. for data protection reasons)
via Zoom (video meeting)
If you would like to have a Zoom meeting with your case worker, please contact them directly. You can then arrange a time and they will send you a Zoom link.
A Zoom meeting is particularly suitable for consultations and discussions, and if you have a lot of questions.
