Examinations board (incl. doctoral examinations board)

The examination board advises the dean's office in cases of admission and doubt, for example in aptitude tests or in the recognition of academic achievements and examination results. The composition of the examination board is determined by the relevant examination regulations and provides for the following membership: chairmanship by a university lecturer, two additional university lecturers, one person from the academic mid-level faculty, and one student member. The committee meets as required and at the invitation of its chairperson.
The term of office is two years. For the student members, the term of office is one year. Re-election is permitted.

Doctoral examinations board

The doctoral committee is responsible for organising the doctoral procedure, including admission to doctoral studies and the doctoral procedure. The composition of the doctoral committee is determined by the relevant examination regulations and provides for the following membership: The doctoral committee consists of its chair (university lecturer), their permanent representative, two other university lecturers, one member of the academic mid-level faculty and two Master's students. The committee meets as required and at the invitation of its chairperson.
The term of office is two years. For the student members, the term of office is one year. Re-election is permitted.

Artistic event management (KVB)

Internal and external requests for artistic performances are coordinated and processed by this working group. Members are appointed by the departmental council on the recommendation of the dean's office. The composition of the group should reflect the artistic diversity of the conservatoire. The chairperson coordinates the processes and involves the other members in accordance with the incoming enquiries.
The term of office is two years. In the student group, the term of office is one year. Re-election is permitted.

Study Advisory Council

The Student Advisory Board advises the Faculty Council on matters relating to studies. In particular, the Student Advisory Board recommends the adoption of examination regulations and amendments thereto. The committee is composed of equal numbers of teaching staff and students. The Vice-Dean for Studies and Teaching holds the chair ex officio. The committee meets as required and at the invitation of the Vice-Dean for Studies and Teaching.
