Abstract: Land Art comprises two different movements: large, permanent interventions in landscapes and smaller, temporary works created from natural materials. Influenced by Nature Art workshops, the author explores three Land Art installations in Münster. Viewing them through an ecological lens, the author emphasizes the need for ecological considerations in art projects. He advocate for a balance between nature integration and maintenance, suggesting more noticeable markers for artworks and a closer connection to urban life. The text calls for increased attention to ecological themes in future projects and directs readers to online resources for information on the Skulptur Projekte Münster exhibitions.
