Schola Breuliana
The Schola was originally founded as a men's choir for the house services of the Deutsches Studentenheim (Breul for short), but for years the ensemble has also been organizing services and concerts in the cathedral and St. Peter's Church. In addition to simple Renaissance motets and liturgical hymns, the program includes chorale arrangements, gospels, Anglican hymns and New Spiritual Song. We welcome motivated male voices. The mid-range baritone is as welcome as stunning tenors and profound basses. Previous musical experience is not necessary, joining is possible at any time. Enjoyment of sacred music and some accuracy are desired.
