Chamber Choir of the University of Münster
The university chamber choir (approx. 30 singers) sings under the direction of university cantor Prof. Ellen Beinert. We offer a youthful choral sound, lively charisma, great emotionality - and last but not least, fun at rehearsals. In the winter semester, the choir performs 3 (Christmas) concerts in Münster University Church. Repertoire: early polyphony (Schütz, Sweelinck), lesser-known Romantic music (Becker, Herzogenberg), music of the 20th/21st century (Stroope, Tavener).
Choir experience desired, registration required.
Participation in the choir can be credited towards general studies.
