Galaxy Brass
Galaxy Brass is a group of ambitious brass players from the Institute for Music Education, the University of Music and other faculties of the university. The ensemble performs at events of the University of Münster and gives concerts in Germany and abroad. In 2005, Galaxy Brass won the brass competition announced by German Brass for the Münsterland region and celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2019! Style: renaissance to modern - from Bach to Blues, often in own arrangements for up to 14 brass and percussion.
Rehearsals: Tuesdays, 8-10:30 p.m., Institute of Music Education auditorium.
