Galaxy Brass
Galaxy Brass: these are music-loving and ambitious brass players from the Institute of Music Education, the University of Music and other faculties of the university. The ensemble performs at events at the University of Münster and gives concerts in Germany and abroad. Galaxy Brass won the competition for brass players organized by German Brass for the Münsterland region in 2005 and celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2024! Style: Renaissance to modern - from Bach to blues, often in their own arrangements for up to 14 brass players and percussion.
Rehearsals: Tuesdays, 8-10:30 p.m., Institute of Music Education auditorium.
