canticum novum

The choir, which focuses on sacred a cappella music, currently has about 30 members. It has twice won the NRW Choir Competition, making it one of the top choirs in the state. Premieres and contemporary music find a place in the repertoire, as does early music. This year there will be two Advent concerts on December 16 and 17, and next year the program will include all of Johann Sebastian Bach's motets. Nice people with passion, good voice and desire for high sound culture are welcome to the Tuesday rehearsals.
