Academic Programs and Teaching

Gernot Sydow is the Dean of Academic Affairs for the Faculty of Law at the University of Münster and the Academic Director of the Münster International Law School.  The programs offered by the Münster International Law School, under the direct responsibility of Gernot Sydow and his team, include:

• Joint degree program in German and French Law (Münster/Lyon III), 
• Bachelor’s program in International and Comparative Law,
• German-Spanish dual degree program Münster/Granada (under development),
• Specialization tracks in “Droit français” and “International and Comparative Law” within the state examination program in law,
• Subject-specific foreign language training,
• Concours René Cassin (Moot court on the ECHR),
• German Law School in Lodz
