Applications Open for the PAX Moot Court – Next Stop: Barcelona!

The application phase for this year’s PAX Moot Court is officially open. If you want to gain international practical experience, sharpen your legal English, and compete with teams from all over the globe, we want to hear from you!

 

Who Can Apply?

There are no application restrictions. Prior knowledge of Private International Law (PIL/IPR) or International Civil Procedure Law (IZVR) is not required. All interested students are highly encouraged to apply.

 

Timeline: Balancing Studies & the Moot Court

Winter Semester: Writing the two written memoranda runs smoothly alongside your regular lectures. With a workload of only about two hours per week, it easily fits into your schedule.

End of February: Submission of the two written memoranda.

March: Preparation for the oral pleadings through practice rounds.

Early April: The highlight of the competition – heading to Barcelona for a few days to participate in the international oral rounds.
