The team completed the written phase of the competition with compelling written submissions and qualified for the oral rounds in Sofia.

The next phase of the competition now begins, in which the arguments they have prepared will be presented orally.

To prepare intensively for the oral arguments, the team had the opportunity to participate in a practice pleading at Clifford Chance Düsseldorf and receive valuable feedback from the field.

Final Competition in Sofia

From April 14 to 18, the Pax Moot Team Münster participated in the oral rounds of this year's Pax Moot Court in Sofia, Bulgaria. Following an intensive written phase, in which the team grappled with complex issues of international private law, they were able to engage in exciting rounds of argumentation against teams from around the world. Among more than 50 participating universities worldwide, we are proud to have qualified for the oral rounds. Arguing before international arbitrators, receiving valuable feedback, and exchanging ideas with students from different legal systems made the competition an extremely enriching experience. We sincerely thank the organizers for hosting an outstanding competition. Our special thanks also go to our sponsors – the Friends of Law Association and Clifford Chance – as well as everyone who supported us internally and made this project possible through their commitment.
