The change of a legal basis necessitates an adjustment in the legal disclosure files.

We therefore ask all responsible editors to check their Legal Disclosure for general currency in this context (e.g. whether WWU/Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität is still used and whether the editorially responsible person is still correct) and then adjust the following points:

Instead of "Verantwortlich im Sinne des Presserechts gemäß § 55 Abs. 2 RStV:" and "Editor responsible for the content of the website in accordance with § 55 (2) of the Interstate Broadcasting Agreement (Rundfunktstaatsvertrag, RStV):" it is now "Verantwortlich gemäß § 18 Abs. 2 des Medienstaatsvertrages (MStV):“ and "Responsible in accordance with § 18 paragraph 2 of the Media State Treaty (Medienstaatsvertrag / MStV):"
