  • Service

    The range of tasks includes the general support of end customers regarding our services, the sale of software licences and manuals, the processing of enquiries for our printing service and the printing operation.

    Your qualities:

    • enrolment at a German university in any subject (at least 2nd semester)
    • a friendly, open-minded manner and the ability to work in a team
    • a structured, accurate working method

    • good German language skills
    • affinity to the CIT services

     

  • User Support

    The tasks include personal advice for users on computer issues and CIT services (especially setting up WLAN and VPN connections on various devices, virus protection and support with Print & Pay) as well as assistance in the CIT computer pools.

    Your qualities:

    • enrolment at a German university in any subject (at least 2nd semester)
    • very good PC user knowledge, preferably with different operating systems
    • a friendly, open-minded manner
    • a structured, accurate working method
    • service competence and helpfulness
  • Software Courses

    Current job advertisement (PDF)

    As a tutors you are responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of software courses on one of the following topics: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. The appropriate presentation slides and training materials are provided by our team.

    Your qualities:

    • enrolment at a German university in any subject (at least 2nd semester)
    • very good knowledge in one of the topics listed above
    • a friendly, open manner
    • a structured, accurate working method
    • didactic talent and interest in expanding your knowledge
  • Programming

    The range of tasks includes supporting a team of developers in the further development of University of Münster web applications. Newly deployed technologies require regular adaptations of existing applications to current requirements. For new devices or services, it is necessary to identify essential features and develop corresponding data models and methods.

    Your qualities:

    • enrolment at a German university in any subject (at least 2nd semester)
    • knowledge of object-oriented programming in a web context (e.g. C# (ASP.NET), Java (JSF), PHP, Perl)
    • knowledge of versioning systems (e.g. GIT, SVN, CVS)
    • a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work in a team
    • independent work / own initiative
  • FilmLAB

    The range of tasks includes practical work in all areas of video production (editing and conception, camera and sound technology, lighting design, post-production, 2D and 3D animation), working as a tutor on courses on the subject of "video production" and advising and supporting university members on video projects.

    Your qualities:

    • enrolment at a German university in any subject (at least 2nd semester)
    • a friendly, open manner, the ability to work in a team and a structured, careful approach to work
    • interest in media and editorial work
    • strong interest in the medium of film and practical knowledge of technical and creative implementation
    • ideally camera and video editing experience (Premiere Pro, etc.) and/or knowledge of 2D and 3D animation (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)
