From 23.03.2023: Remote desktops only accessible via VPN

As the next step in the implementation of increased security measures, all remote desktops will only be accessible via a VPN connection from 23.03.2023 onwards. You establish a VPN connection by setting up the Cisco Secure Client (Cisco AnyConnect). Installation and application instructions can be found under  VPN.

If you are already using the Cisco Secure Client/Cisco AnyConnect, you only need to start it in the future before establishing the remote desktop connection. After you have established a connection with the Cisco Secure Client, you can start your remote desktop connection as usual. Once you are finished, please disconnect the remote desktop connection first and then the VPN connection of the Cisco Secure Client.
