Angela Schwering: Enabling humans, but not replacing them: how can spatial intelligence support people in decision making and problem solving?

SchweringGI Science research was very successful in developing tools and technologies to solve many spatial problems - everyday problems as well as global challenges. The efficiency of these tools however depends on the users applying them to the problems in the right way. This talk will look at Geoinformatics "enabling" people: How can spatial intelligence enable and support people, but not replace them or exclude parts of the population from technological development?
