Short project summary

I am interested in the interlpay of microorganisms and their environments. In my current project I am working with the model system Tribolium castaneum (Red Flour Beetle) and its pathogen Bacillus thuringiensis tenebrionis to study the phenomenon of insect immune priming and its effects on pathogen evolution.
