German Congress for Philosophy XXVI

The German Congress of Philosophy is one of the largest and most important philosophical events in Germany and Europe. Guided by the respective theme, it reflects current debates in German-speaking philosophy and beyond.

The German Congress of Philosophy XXVI takes place in Münster from 22 to 26 September 2024, the theme being #digital|thinking. The congress invites participants to reflect on the challenges digital change and the use and spread of artificial intelligence pose for philosophy.

Applications for presenting in one of the 40 sections of the congress were possible until 2 May 2024. The congress programme will be published on this website on 15 May 2024, while titles and speakers of the selected contributions will be added at the end of June 2024.
