Microstructural Evaluation

Particle Size Analyzer – A laser diffraction-based particle size analyzer allows particle size determination in dispersion from 250 nm up to 350 µm.

Instrument specifications:

Particle size range	between 0.25 nm and 350 µm

Scanning Electron Microscopy – Using electron optics high resolution microscopy can be performed. Chemical identity of the observed samples can be identified using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy of secondary electrons.
