A.3.3 Gain Practical Insights Into Innovation Consulting - A Workshop with Alcimed
Companies face unique challenges aiming to drive and implement innovation. In this workshop, you will get to know the theory behind innovation management, followed by two hands-on case studies in innovation consulting.
First, you will be introduced to the principles behind innovation management and the associated specific challenges – taking into consideration various angles, including project management, communication and human resources. Associated with this, you will get to know Alcimed as a company. You will gain insights into the type of projects they work on and the day-to-day life of a consultant.
Second, you will have the occasion to work in small groups on case studies in innovation consulting based on real-life cases & scenarios. You will develop strategic recommendations and present your findings to the other groups. Finally, there will be a plenary feedback session and the opportunity to bring in your remaining questions.

Teilnehmen können alle, die zurzeit an der Universität Münster studieren, promovieren oder innerhalb des vergangenen Jahres ihren Abschluss an der Universität Münster gemacht haben.
