PROBRAL
The PROBRAL programme, a cooperation between the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Brazilian Federal Agency for Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education (CAPES), has launched a new call.
The application deadline is: 21 May 2021 (DAAD), 22 May 2021 (CAPES).
The aim of PROBRAL is to initiate or intensify partnership research activities between a German and a foreign university and/or research institution, focussing particularly on the qualification of young academics. The programme is open to all disciplines. At DAAD, PROBRAL is part of the so-called PPP programme of project-related exchange of persons (see below).
The programme promotes also the mobility and short-term research stays of university members of participating partner institutions, in particular young researchers. The funding period is 2 years starting from 1 January 2022. A renewal application can be submitted for further 2 years. A total of up to 30 projects are to be funded.
