2019 Joint Symposium of MGSE, RTG 2220 EvoPAD and CRC-TRR 212 NC3

May 27 - 28, 2019

In 2019, the MGSE will organize its annual Symposium together with the Research Training Group 2220 EvoPAD and the Transregional Collaborative Research Centre 212 NC3. The Symposium will be held at the University of Münster and explore the theme of "Plasticity & Evolution". It will be an exciting opportunity to share ideas, opinions and experiences common to the members of all three research initiatives. The event will include keynote lectures by reknown experts in the field, talks by senior scientists of MGSE, EvoPAD, and NC3 as well as talks and poster presentations by the graduate students.

The 2019 Joint Symposium will take place in the main building of the University of Münster, the iconic City Palace of Münster. All talks will take place in the main auditorium and posters will be displayed in the foyer.

Public talk by Norbert Sachser

The programme of the Joint Symposium includes a public talk by Prof. Norbert Sachser (Department of Behavioural Biology, University of Münster) on "Das Denken, Fühlen und Verhalten der Tiere - Neue Erkenntnisse der Verhaltensbiologie". No registration is required to attend the talk. The talk is scheduled for 5.15 pm on 28 May in the Auditorium in the Schloss.
