Contributions are welcome

If you would like to contribute to Proteomatic, you can do so by either reporting bugs or adding features.

Reporting bugs

Please report any bugs you encountered to michael.specht@uni-muenster.de. Please give a short description of the problem and if possible, include the output of the failing script.

The Proteomatic scripts are available via a Git repository hosted by GitHub:

Proteomatic GUI

Proteomatic is implemented in C++, using the Qt 4 libraries.

If you would like to contribute to the scripts or the GUI, you can either setup your own fork and send me a pull request after you have finished a part, or you can send files or patches via e-mail.
