EU Mentoring Network – Call for Class of 2026 Now Open

The EU Mentoring Network offers structured, high-level support for outstanding researchers at career stages R2 and R3 who are planning to apply for ERC Starting or Consolidator Grants in 2026.

Participants in the EU Mentoring Network benefit from:

• Personal mentoring by two experienced researchers
• A comprehensive training programme delivered by European Research Services GmbH (ERS), with extensive ERC experience
• Practical guidance throughout the entire ERC application process – from project development to interview preparation
• Opportunities for collaborative peer exchange

The programme will start on 1 November 2025. A series of workshops, including in-depth sessions on proposal components, will be held over approximately seven Fridays throughout the year.

The Call for the Class of 2026 is now open. The application deadline is 1 September 2025.
