The Innovation Office WiT supports the Communication and Public Relations team of the University of Münster with creating and publishing transfer-related project reports, news and event announcements both within and outside the University.

As a driver of science communication activities at the University, WiT aims to encourage and communicate the mutual transfer of ideas, knowledge and technology between the scientific community and the public sphere in Münster and its surrounding region. To this end, the department employs communication formats like lectures, hands-on activities, workshops, training seminars and exhibitions, as well as a broad spectrum of analogue and digital communication channels.

The WiT publishes a newsletter on upcoming events, important dates and presentations related to its focal areas of citizen science, science communication, intellectual property and technology transfer.

The Innovation Office WiT is actively involved in social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram, where it regularly posts updates and spotlights its transfer activities and upcoming events.
