Dr. Marie Ohlms conducts research at the intersection of industrial and organizational psychology, digitalization, and human-computer interaction. Her research focuses on the digitalization of the workplace and personnel selection, with a particular emphasis on gamification and game-based assessment. In addition, she investigates how AI-supported decision-making and AI-supported coaching must be designed to foster trust and acceptance and ensure efficient and effective human-AI collaboration. Another focus of her research is on reducing bias and discrimination in organizations and promoting diversity to create inclusive and resilient work environments.
