To bridge the divide between science and practice, we teach our students how to implement scientific findings. Therefore, one of our main objectives is the conveying of skills based on the central findings and active principles of human resource and organisational psychology (“evidence-based human resource management”).

Our students receive the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of business and occupational psychology by conducting case studies, tackling realistic conceptual tasks, or by being involved in projects with our cooperation partners.

With our teaching philosophy, we aim at conveying many metadisciplinary skills, such as soft skills, teamwork, negotiating skills, media literacy and project management, which will help students meet the challenges that they will face as young professionals in the fields of economy and management.
