Joint Institute for Individualisation in a Changing Environment

In the Institute for Individualisation in a Changing Environment (JICE), researchers systemically investigate individualisation in changing environments  in an interdisciplinary discourse between natural sciences, social sciences and humanities. The JICE was founded by Bielefeld University and the University of Münster in 2021 and builds on the Transregio Collaborative Research Centre SFB-TRR 212, in which biologists and philosophers have been working on a new synthesis of individualisation since 2018.
