The Zentrum für Informationsverarbeitung (ZIV) is looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) for its user support department with an average weekly working time of 9 hours. The position is initially limited to 6 months, but we hope for a longer cooperation.
The tasks include the personal consultation of users on general computer issues and on the ZIV services in particular (especially the setup of WLAN and VPN connections on various terminals and operating systems, virus protection and support for printing with Print & Pay) as well as the support of users in the ZIV computer labs.
We expect:
- High affinity to IT topics preferably in the informatics environment
- A high degree of service competence and user orientation
- ability to work in a team
- Very good PC user knowledge, preferably with different operating systems and end devices
- Programming knowledge is not required, but helpful
- Very good German language skills
