WP 3: 

The aim of the third work package is to develop a reform approach.

First, the specific approaches of the legal subsystems within the second work package are to be examined – using an interdisciplinary dogmatic approach. These observations will then be linked back to the findings of the first work package. The aim is to develop options for legal design that effectively counter the described potential for discrimination across all legal subsystems.

The aim is to develop a level of protection that grants autonomy in the sense of opportunities for participation, demands accountability and ensures oversight – primarily in the form of effective prevention – whilst at the same time providing sufficient scope for innovation.
