Subprojects

The research group is working on its research programme under the headings of autonomy, responsibility and control in six sub-projects:

• SP 1 ‘Anthropocentrism’,
• SP 2 ‘Protection against discrimination’,
• SP 3 ‘Criminal proceedings’,
• SP 4 ‘Civil proceedings’,
• SP 5 ‘Self-driving corporation’ and
• SP 6 ‘Social control’. 

The research group's sub-projects cover central pillars of dogmatic jurisprudence (private law, corporate law, labour and social law, civil procedure law, criminal procedure law) as well as basic legal research (philosophy of law, legal linguistics, criminology, sociology of law) and work closely with other scientific disciplines (linguistics, political science, behavioural psychology, business informatics, economics).
