Poster Award for Stefan Maierhöfer

Stefan Maierhöfer, PhD student in the research group of Prof. Hempel at the Institute of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry - Clinical Pharmacy, was awarded the DKPha poster prize at the annual meeting of the German Society for Clinical Pharmacy (DGKPha), which took place virtually on 21.11.2021.

Poster title: "Effects of software-assisted medication analyses on medication appropriateness and patient-reported outcomes in geriatric patients with polypharmacy: a prospective analysis of routine data from public pharmacies (OPtiMed- study protocol)" (Maierhoefer S., Waltering I., Würthwein G., Hempel G.).
