Poster Symposium
2. Poster symposium of the SP BioScience
Dear all,
After last year's success, we are excited to announce that the second edition of the SPBioscience poster-symposium will take place on the
19th of October, starting at 3pm
in the entry hall of castle.
The symposium provides a great platform for us Ph.D. students to present and discuss our data amongst peers and professors in a safe environment. It is an excellent opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions and explore innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to your challenges.
You will also have the opportunity to attend the keynote lecture by Ben Novak entitled "Don't get lost in Translation. Translational research between industry and academia". Ben earned a Ph.D. in biology and specialized in pharmacology, translational medicine, and molecular oncology. He currently works as a drug development scientist at Miltenyi Biotec and is actively involved in developing combination products of drugs and medical devices. In his lecture, he will present examples of interfaces between science and industry and forms of their cooperation. You will also receive valuable tips on career opportunities in translational development projects. So be there!
We are looking forward to your active participation in this year's SPBioscience Ph.D. poster symposium, taking part in our vibrant and one of a kind interdisciplinary research community.
