The latest instalment in the ‘Focus on Cooperation’ series is devoted to the integrated degree programme run by the Department of German as a Foreign Language (LDaF) in collaboration with Soochow University in Taipei. In this interview, Anna-Luisa Eich (Language Centre, University of Münster) and Assoc. Prof. Hsu Yu-Fang (Institute of German Language and Culture, Soochow University) discuss the partnership, which has been in place since 1995, the day-to-day lives of Taiwanese students during their exchange year in Münster, and the organisational and linguistic challenges of such a long-standing collaboration.
