The global pop-up exhibition project "Hostile Terrain 94" was hosted in Münster in January 2021.
This short documentary captures impressions of the exhibition, portrays its development as a community-based project of commemoration, and calls attention to its political background, the US border enforcement strategy "Prevention through Deterrence". At the same time, it connects it to other "hostile terrains" such as the Mediterranean Sea.
