  3. For first-semester enrolment in locally restricted-admission subjects of study, you have to apply via our Application Portal [de]. All candidates may apply for up to 12 subjects of study. The order in which these are listed has no relevance on admission.

Please read the instructions on this sheet carefully, which we will send you via email after you submit your online application.
  4. For those applying for first-semester enrolment in locally restricted-admission subjects in one-subject bachelor's programmes and the state examination in Law, study places are allocated through the Dialogue Oriented Service Procedure (DoSV). Here, too, certain applicant groups are required to send us a print-out of their online application (Kontrollblatt) together with additional documents by post (see no. 3). Download the DoSV flyer [de]
  5. Applicants from EU/EEA member states should apply through hochschulstart.de if they are applying for first-semester enrolment in the nationally restricted-admission subjects of Medicine, Pharmacy or Dentistry. You can view last semester's admission limits (NC) under the following link.
  6. For higher-semester enrolment in restricted-admission subjects, you have to apply via our Application Portal [de]. We require all applicants in this group to send their application form and other required documents in due form and on time by post to the University of Münster. Please read the instructions in the info sheet which will be sent to you upon receipt of your application. Study places are only granted if capacity allows.
