Studying and working at the Medical Library
The Medical Library does not only provide you with books and journals. You will also quiet reading and learning spaces, group study rooms and PC workstations.
Library card
In order to borrow books or media, you need a library card. If you are a student at the University of Münster, your student ID card is also your library card.
Books
In addition to 60,000 printed books, the Medical Library has increasingly made e-books available on the university network.
Tablet loan
As part of the project named easystudium, the Medical Library provides apps, digital textbooks and cross tools for mobile devices. All operating systems are supported.
Network / e-resources
You can use the online services offered by the Medical Library in the library, in the university network or from home.
Training courses
We regularly offer training courses and guided tours to provide initial orientation, to help you manage your literature search and organise your references, etc.
