Registration Fees

The registration fee includes participation in the scientific programme, lunches, coffee breaks, snacks and beverages during the poster sessions, an electronic conference programme, the welcome reception, and a "Welcome! Ticket Münster" (ticket for any number of free bus and rail rides within the municipal area of Münster).
The accompanying person fee includes the welcome reception, lunches, the closing dinner, and a "Welcome! Ticket Münster".

Regular Participant: 470€

PhD Stu­dent/​Gradu­ate Stu­dent: 350€

Accompanying Person: 200€
 


Cancellation Policy

In case you want to cancel your registration, please send an e-mail to thermophiles2025@uni-muenster.de

Before July 22nd, 2025: full return
From July 22th till August 22nd 2025: will be returned of 50% of the registration fee
From August 23rd, 2025: no return of fees is possible

Please note that all refunds will be done after the Conference.


IMPORTANT NOTE

If you do not register as a private person but for an organization, institution or employer, please have all the necessary information and documents ready for the payment process, which should/must appear on your invoice:
- Correct details of the invoice recipient (either you as a private individual or your employer, your university, etc.)
- Correct billing address of your employer or university, or your private address
- VAT ID of your employer/university if the invoice is to be submitted there
If you require an invoice issued to your university, it is imperative that you enter the name of the university in line 1 of the billing address, your name in the second line and the address of the university in the address fields of the form.
Therefore, please clarify in advance whether your University requires an order number or VAT ID etc. on the invoice. Changing the invoice after registration might cause significant delays and organizational problems.
