Information for presenters

Oral Presentations

For keynote talks, you will have a total of 30 minutes, including 25 minutes for your presentation and five minutes for questions and transitions to the next speaker. Short talks are 20 minutes total, including 15 minutes for the presentation and five minutes for questions and transitions. The session chairs will be responsible for keeping everyone on schedule. Speakers should upload their presentation files to SlidePoint at the registration desk 15 minutes before their session begins. We strongly encourage you to create your presentation in PowerPoint, as it should be compatible across platforms.

Poster Presentations

Please prepare your poster in the A0 format (841 × 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8  in) in portrait orientation. All posters can be placed on Monday morning. Odd-numbered posters will be presented during Poster Session 1 on Monday (16:30 and 18:30). Even-numbered posters will be presented during Poster Session 2 on Tuesday between 16:30 and 18:30.
