If you have not yet finalised all your services, please notify your case officer by email as soon as the service entries in SAP SLcM or QISPOS have been completed. The certificate of completion can only be issued once the entries have been fully completed and you have provided confirmation.

If you have already completed the recording of your coursework, you do not need to send any further emails; simply submit this form!

Exam Date:

Definition of an Exam: An exam is an assessment whose result is generally included in the final grade and for which there are limited opportunities to retake it.

Oral exam: actual exam date, actual date of the conference
Written exam: Exam -> actual exam date, Term paper -> actual submission date of the paper, Master’s thesis -> actual submission date of the thesis, Internship report -> actual date of entry of the internship report into the database
Practical examination: actual examination date
