Once the course credit entry has been completed in SAP SLcM or QISPOS, please notify your advisor via email. The final transcript can only be issued once the entry has been completed and you have provided confirmation.

Exam Date:

Definition of an Exam: An exam is an assessment whose result is generally included in the final grade and for which there are limited opportunities to retake it.

Oral exam: actual exam date, actual date of the conference
Written exam: Exam -> actual exam date, Term paper -> actual submission date of the paper, Master’s thesis -> actual submission date of the thesis, Internship report -> actual date of entry of the internship report into the database
Practical examination: actual examination date
