The building in Münzstraße will be heavily remodelled in the coming months. For this reason, the central examination offices will be moving out soon. The PA I will initially move to Robert-Koch-Straße 29 for about four months, then to another interim location at Scharnhorststraße 44-48 for a longer period around Mid-November. We will keep you up to date here. 

We are moving! Therefore, we will only be available to a limited extent from 24 November to 5 December 2025; unfortunately, our open consultation hours cannot take place. However, in important cases, you can make an appointment with your case worker. From 8 December 2025, we expect to be available as usual at our new location at Scharnhorststraße 44 (1st floor).

Please note the following change: Due to massive renovation work and upcoming relocations, the PA I will only open once a week from 1 July.

Consultation hours: currently ONLY on Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (next consultation hours: 9 December)
HOWEVER: Due to the upcoming move to Scharnhorstraße 44, there will be no consultation hours between 24 November and 5 December! Tuesday office hours are expected to resume on 9 December, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

Closing time over Christmas and New Year: The Examination Office will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. We will be available again from 5 January 2026. 

From 6 January 2026, we will offer the following office hours:
Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
