Projects

In our projects, we aim at finding innovative solutions together with our external partners in the fields of human resources, research and administration. In doing so, most recent human resource findings are combined with practical application. We continuously foster and expand our broad network of external partners to achieve the successful implementation of a broad range of research topics.

Our projects are realised in various forms:

1. Combination with education and training: there are research questions from the field that are well suited for examination in a thesis. In our Master of Psychology in the field of Human Resource and Business Psychology, we regularly conduct project seminars on topics such as staff selection and teamwork.

2. Separate individual projects: specific assignments, major projects and complex questions are ideally worked on in cooperation projects or third-party funds projects.

3. Joint work in union projects: for some topics best results can be achieved, when various associates join together in a project alliance. The platform PsyWeb is an example of such a union project. Here, a direct research-practitioner-transfer of psychological knowledge into society is facilitated and insight into different facets of psychology is offered.

For all types of projects, our aim is finding answers to research questions and the gain of knowledge. We would like to document the newly gained knowledge in joint publications and to pass it on to research and practise. This is why a number of our publications result from cooperative projects and a research-practitioner-transfer.

If you are interested in a joint project, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are looking forward to your enquiry!
