Eine Anmeldung in HISLSF dient der Organisation der Vorlesung und sollte nach Möglichkeit vorgenommen werden. Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung sowie die Verbuchung Ihrer Leistungen in QISPOS ist jedoch auch ohne vorherige Anmeldung via HISLSF möglich.
The lecture series discusses educational policymaking in a global environment. It situates the research and policy field of global education and raises questions as to how educational policies are generated, how and by whom they are designed and shaped, and the extent to which they address educational and societal issues. The lecture series aim to familiarize students with theoretical and conceptual frameworks that, along influential individual and institutional actors, international organizations, and supranational agencies shape global education policy and its outcomes and implications. A specific focus is placed on the impact of the global education policies on the transformation of higher education and academic self-governance. Students will thus gain a unique insight into the complexities surrounding educational policy making and directly influencing their educational understandings and opportunities.
