Das Seminar vermittelt Ihnen Analyseansätze der ethnomethodologischen Konversationsanalyse und der Interaktionalen Linguistik. Zunächst lernen Sie grundlegende Mechanismen der Gesprächsorganisation kennen (u.a. Sprecherwechsel, Reparatur, Präferenz) und transkribieren authentische mündliche Interaktionen. Anhand dieser Transkriptionen erschließen Sie in Projektteams anschließend verschiedene sprachliche Ressourcen der Interaktionsorganisation (z.B. Responsivpartikeln, Diskursmarker, Resumptivmarker, question tags).
The seminar introduces you to analytical approaches from ethnomethodological conversation analysis and interactional linguistics. First, you will familiarize yourself with basic mechanisms of conversation organization (including speaker change, repair, preference) and transcribe authentic oral interactions. Using these transcriptions, you will then work in project teams to explore various linguistic resources for organizing interaction (e.g., response particles, discourse markers, resumptive markers, question tags).
