📚 COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course introduces the scientific foundations of market research. It also outlines different types of market research problems and explains the individual steps of the market research process. Building on this, the course presents exploratory, descriptive, and causal research designs. For each of these approaches, relevant methods of data analysis are explained in detail. The course is taught as a classroom tutorial and is complemented by additional online content.

After completing the course, students should be able to conduct market research independently. For this reason, particular emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of planning, conducting, evaluating, and interpreting market research projects.

Here you can find the course in HIS-LSF.
