In this seminar we will discuss behavioral and neurophysiological bases of motor control as well as their measurement and analysis. In particular, we will focus on using the R software environment for the processing, analysis and display of behavioral and neural time-series (e.g., signals from force-transducers or EEG measurements). In order to do so we will first acquire some own data and then subsequently discuss and practically implement different steps in the analysis (e.g. filtering, event detection etc.).

You can download and familiarize yourself with the R environment prior to the start of the seminar if you want, however we will start from scratch in the seminar.
