The seminar focus on physical exercise's effects on mental & physical health in people with psychiatric conditions, e.g., depression, schizophrenia, etc. In that context, we will develop a research perspective on that topic, and will also gain knowledge about the application of programs to "treat" psychiatric diseases with sport and exercise.
