The course consists of lectures and tutorials. The tutorials consist of exercise
sheets and case studies to be prepared before the tutorial takes place! There will be
no online solutions for the case studies! A folder including the relevant literature for
the lectures and tutorials will be in the FCM Bibliothek. The readings listed in this
overview are mandatory. Additional literature is suggested during the lecture. The

6. Mergers & Acquisitions
The focus is on ”standard” economics not behavioral economics, i.e., we consider market
imperfections due to asymmetric information and agency problems. The overview
